Our founder, Susan Lee, is a dynamic leader with decades of experience in corporate sales, marketing, and leadership. With a strong focus on mentoring and empowering others, Susan has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential. A certified professional coach, Susan’s passion for guiding others stems from her own journey of not having mentors.  As a mother of recent college student-athletes, she deeply understands the challenges of transitioning from the sports world to the professional realm. Susan’s vision for Field2Future Consulting is to provide a platform where everyone—whether an athlete or business leader—can find the support, tools, and guidance they need to succeed.
